Dear Keystonians, 

Welcome to November! Today we had a meaningful professional growth and development day for our faculty and staff. It is important for our school to devote time to the professional growth and collaboration of the adults, so they can best serve our students. Today we had an all-staff meeting in the morning and then different groups worked collaboratively on both strategic initiatives and important curricular efforts that are difficult to accomplish in a regular school schedule. ? 

In our staff meeting this morning I shared the important frame of our strategic plan which was supported by members of our Board of Trustees in meetings last week. ?? 

Based on conversations with faculty, staff, students and parents we have established our two important directions and four major priorities for the next season of learning at Keystone Academy (See the table attached below). We will continue to develop specific tactics that will support these strategic directions and we look forward to the input and support of everyone in our school community as we strive to continue to improve our wonderful school. ? 

We will continue to work together as a community to determine how to best achieve these lofty strategic goals. I look forward to more conversations and meaningful work together. ?
