Announcement of School Uniform Supplier Selection Results
School uniforms have always been an important part of the school’s identity education. Guided by our founding principles of simplicity and elegance, including school uniforms. Therefore, this bidding process does not involve any changes to the uniform design, but only covers the production and manufacturing of school uniforms. School uniforms are also a key element of the school’s educational values. At Keystone,we are committed to putting our educational values into practice in all that we do. In this case, ensuring that uniforms are ecological and environmentally sustainable is a high priority .
In accordance with the above principles, the school has successfully completed the selection of the school uniform supplier in strict compliance with an open, fair and impartial process. The relevant process and results are hereby announced as follows:
On October 23, 2025, the school established a School Uniform Selection Committee, consisting of school administrators, teacher representatives, 16 parent representatives and student representatives, totaling 22 members. Based on the model of the School Uniform Selection Committee independently determining the school uniform manufacturer and seller, the school issued a public notice soliciting school uniform suppliers from October 27 to October 31, 2025.
PYE, Elite and Cre8th registered to participate in the school uniform procurement project. After qualification review and evaluation, all three companies were confirmed to meet the school’s basic requirements and advanced to the next round of selection.
On December 1, 2025, the three aforementioned companies came to the school to respectively present their company profiles, production quality assurance systems, sales and after-sales service, as well as conduct on-site displays of sample uniforms. Following an objective, neutral evaluation and careful voting by the School Uniform Selection Committee, PYE was ultimately selected as the school’s school uniform supplier with the highest number of votes, for a contract term of 3 years.
